Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of the elevator branch, including sales, service, installation, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Ensures business growth, profitability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage overall branch operations including sales, marketing, customer service, and administration.
* Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing the branch’s P&L.
* Identify new business opportunities in the domestic market and achieve sales targets.
* Oversee contract/order reviews, ensure clarity in customer requirements, and resolve any deviations.
* Coordinate with customers and the factory for order execution, amendments, and dispatch.
* Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
* Manage customer documentation, handle complaints, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
* Monitor branch expenses, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.
* Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational and financial goals.
* Prepare and review reports on branch performance, sales, and profitability.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Candidates should reliably commute to Surat or be planning to relocate before starting work (preferred).
